I’m a certified Yoga Teacher from Yoga & Mediation School of India in Melbourne. Besides Yoga, my day job includes product management which involves building new software products in financial services for Australia and New Zealand markets. Since the beginning of 2013, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from some wise and inspiring individuals in this journey. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.

In these classes, we strictly follow the traditional ancient Indian Hatha & Ashtanga yoga systems which includes Asanas, Pranayama and a unique meditation process
