I’m a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. I have worked in high-pressure corporate environments writing code and building software products in financial services for Australia and New Zealand markets for many years.
I have always found myself drawn to teach yoga and meditation as I believe that there is a better way to live life and yoga can teach us that.
