ALL ABOUT YOGA WITH NIDHI

As a traditional Yoga Teacher from Melbourne, my main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides in its true form. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or something else, I know you’ll benefit from my practice. Come and experience it for yourself.

Since 2013, when I came to Melbourne, I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and I am passionate to share the knowledge gained during this time with my students. Bringing a positive change in their mental and physical well-being gives me immense joy.

The Ashtanga Yoga that I practice in my classes is Yoga in its raw form, the way it has always been practiced in India, without any props or aid, unless there is a medical need of course. I include Pranayama in each session as it is the most effective to bring you to a meditative state. It is followed by age-old Meditation practices that have worked for thousands of years and still continue to.

Dedication from the students to the practice is what keeps me going. So come, strengthen and relax with me and meet the best version of yourself!
